⏱️ Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, you have up to 24 hours to request a cancellation or modification (such as an address correction or item change). After this window, the order enters processing and can no longer be altered.

🛡️ Shipping Protection
If you selected Shipping Protection at checkout, your package is eligible for a free reshipment if confirmed lost in transit. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery window.
📦 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or international regulations. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. All timeframes exclude weekends, holidays, and customs delays.
📍 Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking to begin updating after dispatch.
Occasional delays or incomplete tracking updates are normal and do not indicate a problem with your shipment.
Tracking shows "No Information Available" — If this persists after 5 business days, contact us at contact@thedrmelaxin.co
Tracking shows "Failure" — This is a known display bug in the Shop app. Your order is not affected.
📬 Lost or Missing Packages
Melaskin is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered by the customer. Please double-check all shipping details before finalizing your order.
If a shipping error is made on our part, we will take full responsibility and reship your order at no additional cost.
🛃 Customs & Duties
Customers are solely responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by their country. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your package may incur such charges upon arrival.
We do not issue refunds for packages refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges.
